one of the best tea stores I have visited. Many unusual blends in small packages suitable for experimenting. Cannot disagree more with the reviewer who found the staff rude - they have always struck me as gentle, polite and knowledgeable. The store has a for lease sign up - I hope it's not going out of business

Tea Time is my favourite place to buy teas from! the person below me seems very rude and I'm sure she/he is lying, as I have found the owners/family who run the store to be extremely nice and helpful. So I cannot imagine the person below me is telling the truth. In bakeries- i.e. cobs, bun king, and the Polish one (I forget the name) in lonsdale do NOT write the ingredients in neither English nor French. But I'm sure if you tell them you're allergic to peanuts for example and ask them if the particular product contains it, they would gladly answer.

people are very rude and all ingredient must be listed on the package in both engish and french. i have many food allergies that will KILL me and when I asked to see a list of ingredients I was laughed at. Well I will NEVER shop in your store, learn some customer serve!!

This is my favorite Tea store in Greater Vancouver. It's a family run business with a large variety and reasonable prices.

i really like tea time D great selection of teas, loose leaf is so much better than tea bag, which is bleached ughhh, and your not getting the real thing when you have tea drinks at starbucks for example. I found the store tea time to be a great find, i am now a regular!

Like striking it rich in the Gold-Rush. As soon as I walked in I felt overwhelmed and relieved by the myriad amounts of teas. I was already drinking tea on occasion, but this....this...,well, turned me into a teacholic. There should be more shops like this in Vancouver, but don't try to one-up teatime
you're bound to fail.
