NOBU Japanese Sushi

Apparently Neguac and Schevey are related and are clearly trying to sabatouge Nobu for some reason.

First off there is no other sushi restaurant in the village. Secondly, the two owners, Edward and Julia are two of the kindest people in the village. They do not offer a full kitchen but the fish is fresh and the prices are comparable to any place on Lonsdale.

The Chef is very experienced and knows how to roll....

Best I've ever had!!! I am not a sushi/fish fan but their vegetable medlies were so good! Try the yam roll!

That man is extremely rude-go down the street to the other sushi restaurant where they are mouch more pleasant!!!

I went there once and experienced the same type of service-that man is extremely rude and because of that, I will never, ever eat there again!

A little pricier than your average sushi joint, but the high quality ingredients and top notch sushi chef make a meal at Nobu more than worth the extra duckets.

We eat at Nobu all the time, and love it! We find the owners friendly and welcoming. As Vancouverites who frequently eat sushi, we think we're in a position to compare, and we rank Nobu very highly.

Far from decent a japanese restaurat!high price for a skimpy and poor quality food with bad service AND attitude.Tea taste like just a hot water with no flavor and no second serving. This is not japanese tea!just warm water. We ordered lunch box,gyoza is frozen pre made cheap ones(not made by cheff, I bet ).Roll sushi are bad quality tuna(flake tuna not solid pieice),not even properly made, very loose roll,cheff? at the counter didn't even say hi or thank you when we were out and when I smiled at him , and he stared back right in my eyes for sure! and glared back to me in hostility! I was shocked!!! where in the world the cheff can look at the customer like that? It was so hard for me to hold my emotion to just leave, we should have.save money and save our pretious time.
